Refund & Returns Policy

At Hat Graver, we want you to love your hat as much as we loved making it. If something’s not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window on eligible items.
Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized hats are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
A $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns. This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
How to Request a Return
If you’d like to return an eligible item, please email us at support@hatgraver.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

We’ll provide return instructions and process your refund once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll make it right either with a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
