At Hat Graver, we take pride in crafting each hat by hand  and we work hard to get your order out the door as quickly and carefully as possible.

📦 Processing Time

All hats are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your item ships.
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer but we’ll always do our best to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship only within the U.S.
No international shipping is available at this time.

Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS): Typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and shipping method.

All orders include tracking  you’ll receive a confirmation email when your package ships.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS or UPS. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the carrier.

If you have a problem with delivery, we’ll do everything we can to help you resolve it, but we appreciate your understanding that we can’t control the mail system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Hat Graver is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivered But Not Received?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  • First, check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll guide you through next steps.
