Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on non-custom hats within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, and a $5 restocking fee per item applies. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Custom engraved hats are final sale unless we made a mistake or the item arrives damaged.

We usually process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 days after shipping.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re keeping it simple (and sane) for now!

Every hat we sell features a hand-designed, laser-engraved faux leather patch, made in-house by Dana (yep, that’s me). No outsourcing, no mass production just bold designs made by real people.

Yes! All our hats are structured six-panel caps with an adjustable cloth strap in the back made to fit most adults comfortably.

We’ve got you covered. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hatgraver.com with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll fix it or replace it no problem.

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your hat may already be in production and we can’t cancel it.

Yes! We do offer custom orders with a $10 design upcharge.
If you have a specific image, phrase, or design idea you’d like engraved on a hat, just send us an email at support@hatgraver.com with your concept or artwork.

We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s something we can bring to life. Custom orders are subject to approval and may require a little extra production time but we love creating something one-of-a-kind just for you.

Our patches are made from high-quality faux leather (leatherette). It’s durable, lightweight, and gives a premium engraved look all without using animal products.

We use structured six-panel cloth baseball caps with an adjustable cloth strap no mesh backs, no cheap feel. They’re solid, comfortable, and built to last.

Nope! Our faux leather patches are laser engraved the design is burned into the surface, not printed or stuck on. That means no peeling, flaking, or fading.

We recommend spot cleaning your hat with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge your hat, as that could damage the patch or structure.

Yes! If you’re looking to order multiple hats for an event, business, or group, send us an email at support@hatgraver.com with your details. We offer bulk pricing on orders of 10 or more.

Custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature. However, if your custom hat arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll work with you to fix it.
