All products sold by Hat Graver are custom-designed and engraved on light brown faux leather patches. While we strive for accuracy, product photos may vary slightly in appearance due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods through our third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Unavailable inventory
Errors in product listings or pricing

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier service.

Hat Graver is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other uncontrollable events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our engraved hats, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at support@hatgraver.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including designs, images, logos, graphics, and text is the property of Hat Graver and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hat Graver shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our website or products. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
